Supported by the Tasmanian Government, acclaimed chef Andre Kropp presents live cooking demonstrations highlighting the unique flavours and exceptional ingredients that define Tasmania’s culinary identity.

Chef Andre Kropp will prepare tartare of Tasmanian aged Cape Grim beef, dressed with smoked oyster mayo and pecorino.
