This yakisoba is made with Aussie lamb, Hermes sauce from Osaka with 90 years of history, and Iwaokoshi, a famous Osaka confectionery with 200 years history. The ginger-flavored Iwaokoshi is used instead of pickled ginger or tempura flakes to give it an Osaka taste, while the yellow bell pepper, green onion and Aussie lamb to give it an Australian feel.
