World-class energy resources position the Northern Territory for growth in a net zero emissions world, with demand for critical minerals expected to continue to grow to support the renewable energy, battery storage and high-technology industries the world needs.

As the world works towards global clean energy targets, the Northern Territory is well placed to engage with the leaders of the global energy industry. Interest in the Northern Territory for renewables is driven by high solar irradiance levels and vast space to accommodate infrastructure requirements.
